NOTICE OF DEMOLITION OBENZA MA PILAR NOTICE is hereby given that the dwelling located at 1715 Louden Heights Rd, Charleston, WV 25314, has been found to be unsafe, unsanitary, dangerous and/or detrimental to the public safety or welfare as defined by W. Va. Code 8-12-16 and the State Building Code. Pursuant to W. Va. Code 8-12-16, the Charleston Building Department, and/or its agents, intend to enter the subject property on October 18, 2021, for the purpose of demolishing the dwelling.
