INVITATION TO BID For Payroll Software Services Charleston-Kanawha Housing will receive sealed bids for PAYROLL SOFTWARE SERVICES until 10:00AM on Wednesday, November 10th, 2021 at the Administrative Office located at 1525 Washington St. W, Charleston, WV, at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. A Pre-Bid Conference will be held on Tuesday, October 12th, 2021 at 10:00AM at 1525 Washington St. W,. Although encouraged, attendance to the Pre-Bid Conference is not required. All bids envelopes must be sealed and contain the wording “PAYROLL ACCOUNTING SERVICES” – Bid Opening November 10th, 2008.” Contract specifications may be obtained by visiting the Administrative Office located at the above-stated address or by contacting Clifton Clark at (304) 348-6451 ext: 305. A contract will be issued to the lowest, responsive bidder whose bid meets the requirements of the specifications.
