INVITATION TO BID Sealed bids for the Roof Project at Hurricane Wastewater Treatment Plant, will be received at Hurricane City Hall, 3255 Teays Valley Road, Hurricane, West Virginia, on October 12, 2021 at 4:00 pm at which time and place all complete bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. All Bids must be submitted in accordance with the Bidding Documents issued by the Owner. There is no deposit required for Bid Packages and all printing costs incurred by bidders are non-refundable. The successful Bidder will be required to execute a contract and provide a Performance, Labor and Material Payment, and Maintenance Bond for 100% of the contract award. All Prime Contractors and Subcontractors shall be licensed in compliance with SB409 (WV Contractor’s Licensing Act). All General Contractors shall include their license number in the space provided on the Bid Form. Also all General Contractors shall attach a signed Putnam County Alcohol & Drug-Free Workplace Resolution and Construction Bid Policy Affidavit to their Bid Proposal.
