Office hours are Monday through Friday 8:00am to 4:00pm. Closing date for submission is Friday October 22, 2021 at 12:00 noon. Bid openings will take place at the Administrative Office at 12:01pm on Friday October 22, 2021. The Hatfield- McCoy Regional Recreation Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids, the right to waive minor informalities and procedures in bidding, the right to award the bid to the most responsible and qualified bidder, or to award the bid to the bidder which is deemed most favorable, and the right to withhold final award of bid for 60 days after opening bids.
