REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL The CITY OF NITRO is issuing an Request For Proposal for solar facilities to be installed and maintained by a licensed contractor. The objective should be offsetting substantial amounts of the city’s electricity consumption. Respondents must demonstrate experience installing, financing, and servicing systems of a similar size and complexity in the region and available resources to complete projects in a timely manner.
