ANNUAL PLAN CHARLESTON-KANAWHA HOUSING AUTHORITY (CKHA) welcomes public input on its 2022 Annual Agency Plan. The plan reflects CKHA’s vision, goals, policy changes, needs, resources, existing and proposed activities, etc. In addition, as CKHA has been selected as a Moving To Work (MTW) agency under the rent reform platform, the MTW Supplement is also included with the Annual Plan. The Supplement lists specific waivers to existing regulations CKHA may implement to streamline agency performance to meet local housing needs. A 45-day public comment period is being provided from 10/15/21 to 11/28/21. The Plan is available for review at www.ckha.com. A public meeting will be held on November 29, 2021, at 11:00 a.m. at the main administrative offices at 1525 Washington St., West, Charleston, WV 25387. All are welcome to attend, and written comments may be submitted.
