INVITATION FOR BID CONTRACT NO. KRT2021-FUEL The Kanawha Valley Regional Transportation Authority will receive bids for Gasoline and Diesel Fuel until 11:00 a.m. EST, Wednesday, November 17, 2021, at 1550 4th Avenue, Charleston, WV 25387 and then at said offices all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Any contract resulting from bids submitted will be subject to a financial assistance contract between the Authority and the U.S. Department of Transportation. All bidders will be required to certify that they are not on the Comptroller General’s list of ineligible bidders. Proposals are to be submitted in a sealed envelope and marked, “Gasoline/Diesel Fuel”.
