INVITATION TO BID The City of Nitro is seeking bids for a qualified installer to install a Puraflo BioPeat Filter Sewage Treatment System on a 10’x30’x8″ deep gravel pad located at a recently constructed shelter at Ridenour Lake in Nitro, WV. The bid must include installation of a Puraflo BioPeat Filter Sewage Treatment System with 1000 gallon dual tank with panel and pump, and 3 peat modules (360 gallon per day treatment), KCHD septic permit, minimum 2 year service plan and seed/straw.
