NOTICE ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS SIDE WALK/STEPS The Cabell County Board of Education will receive bids for removal and replacement of approximately 10,000 feet of sidewalks including two sets of steps. Sidewalks shall be at least 5.5″ thick with wire 4000 PSI concrete except for the area in front of garage doors which need to be 8″ to 10″ deep and 5′ feet wide.
