NOTICE OF RFP FOR CABLE TV FRANCHISE AGREEMENTS The City of South Charleston (“City”), West Virginia, hereby invites applications for any cable television franchise within the municipal boundaries of the City and requests proposals. Applicants must use the application form established by the West Virginia Public Service Commission and submit the applications with a non-refundable application fee of $250.00 payable to the City via check to Rick Atkinson, City Manager, 238 4th Avenue, South Charleston, WV 25303, who may also be contacted for further information at (304) 720-5985. All applications will be made available for public inspection during normal business hours at the 238 4th Avenue location. All applications must contain the information required by Section 2.9 of W.Va.
