ORDER OF PUBLICATION The object of the above action is for Plaintiff, Melissa Agosti to recover fair compensation from Emiliano Barba and Jessica Landino for injuries sustained as a result of a fall which took place at the property located at 5302 Katie Lane, Cross Lanes, West Virginia on March 1, 2018. And it appearing by affidavit filed in the action that the plaintiff has used due diligence to ascertain the residence or whereabouts of the Defendants, Emiliano Barba and Jessica Landino without effect. W.Va, R.Civ. Pro. 4(e)(1) (c). It is ordered that Emiliano Barba and Jessica Landino, do serve upon Michael J. Del Giudice, plaintiff’s attorney, whose address is 1219 Virginia Street, East – Suite 100, Charleston, West Virginia 25301, any defense you have to the Complaint filed in this action on or before December 1, 2021. If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be taken against Defendants, Emiliano Barba and Jessica Landino at any time thereafter.
