NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST (EOl’S) FOR ARCHITECTURAL and ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR THE ELEANOR PARK SIDEWALK EXPANSION PROJECT The Town of Eleanor, West Virginia, is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from qualified architectural and engineering firms to provide general comprehensive consulting and professional services for planning and designing. Firms interested in participating in this activity will be required to negotiate a contract for services in compliance with Federal and State regulations applicable to engineering and architectural contracts after selection as the best qualified firm. All submissions must be addressed and submitted to Mayor Cameron Clendenin, 401 Roosevelt Blvd., P.O. Box 185, Eleanor, WV 25070 with the words “Engineer Expression of Interest” marked on the front of the envelope. The deadline for submissions is November 30th, 2021 at 4:00 PM. Submissions postmarked on or before November 30th, 2021, will be accepted.
