At a Regular Session of the County Commission of Cabell County, West Virginia, held at the Courthouse thereof on the 9th day of November, 2021, the following order was made and entered: IN THE MATTER OF THE PROPOSED RE-ALIGNMENT OF MAGISTERIAL DISTRICTS OF CABELL COUNTY RESOLVED: The Cabell County Commission, by its President, Jim Morgan, does by hereby direct the Clerk of the Comission to publish the following ”Public Notice” as a Class II-0 Legal Advertisement: ”PUBLIC NOTICE” The County Commission of Cabell County, West Virginia, hereby declares its intention to re-align the boundaries of the Magisterial Districts of Cabell County. The Cabell County Commission has considered such changes and re-alignment based upon changes made by the West Virginia Legislature. The proposed changes, as well as maps, are displayed in the office of Phyllis Smith, Cabell County Clerk, Suite 108, Cabell County Courthouse. The Cabell County Commission will hold a meeting on Tuesday, November 23, 2021, at 10:00 a.m. to adopt the proposed changes of Magisterial District cboundaries.
