NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDER(S) The Roane County Economic Development Authority, located in Spencer, WV is seeking to procure one or more ISPs for a multi-county broadband project that covers Roane, Calhoun, Clay, Gilmer, Jackson, Braxton and Webster counties. Procurement of services shall be in accordance with West Virginia Code Chapter 5G.
