LEGAL NOTICE WEST VIRGINIA SCHOOL OF OSTEOPATHIC MEDICINE ANATOMY LAB AUDIOVISUAL SYSTEMS UPDATE RFB NUMBER: WVSOM-22-B-003 The West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine Board of Governors, on behalf of the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine (WVSOM) invites qualified, interested Vendors to submit Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Sealed Bids to provide all work, including but not limited to labor, materials, equipment, supplies and transportation (Project Work) required to complete the Anatomy Lab Audiovisual Systems Update. All bids must be submitted in accordance with the RFB as issued by the WVSOM Purchasing/Contracts Department. The RFB is to be issued on or about 30 NOVEMBER 2021 Firm Fixed Price Sealed Bids must be received by the WVSOM Contracts Department located at the WSOM Main Building Quad Room A220-221, 400 Lee Street North, Lewisburg, WV 24901 NO LATER THAN 3:00 P.M. (EST) ON 08 DECEMBER 2021 Additional information and requirements will be provided in the WVSOM-22-B-003 RFB Documents. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on Tuesday November 30, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. in the OCS Classroom, Room No E-124. All interested Vendors are required to be represented at this meeting to familiarize themselves with the Project location, site conditions and other relevant information. Should any Bidder fail to attend, their Bid will be disqualified. All interested vendors must arrive no later than 10:00 am at the WVSOM Welcome Center door located across from the Robert C. DUE TO THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC, ALL DOORS AT WVSOM ARE LOCKED AND TO COMPLY WITH WVSOM’S CURRENT GUIDELINES, ALL BIDDERS ARE REQUIRED TO WEAR A MASK AND HAVE THEIR TEMPERATURE TAKEN BEFORE ENTERING ANY BUILDING, WEARING MASKS AND PRACTICING SOCIAL DISTANCING IS REQUIRED WHILE ON CAMPUS. All sealed bids will be publicly open and read aloud in the WVSOM OCS CLASSROOM, 400 Lee Street North, Lewisburg, WV 24901.
