JOSHUA EDENS, THOMAS RUSSELL EDENS, JEREMIAH HOLCOMB, RHONDA CORREIA, JADA EDENS and ROBERT HILL, being all of the heirs Of Floyd Ronald Edens, deceased, Defendants. TO: DEFENDANT JADA EDENS The object of the above entitled action is that a Complaint for which Plaintiff is seeking a judgement for monies advanced for the property in the Estate of Floyd Ronald Edens, deceased, and that certain real property belonging to the decedent be sold at a judicial sale to satisfy such judgement. And it appearing by an Affidavit filed in this action that the whereabouts of the Defendant is unknown and that said Defendant has thirty (30) days from the date of the first publication of this notice to appear or make a formal response to the Complaint. In the event that you fail to so defend and appear that action by default may be taken against you with respect to your interest in said property. It is Ordered that the Defendant serve upon Walton S. Shepherd, III, Plaintiff’s attorney, whose address is P. O. Box 13249, Sissonville, West Virginia 25360, an answer or other defense to the Compliant filed in this action on or before thirty (30) days from the date of the first publication of this notice, that being the 19th day of December, 2021, otherwise judgement by default may be taken against you at any time thereafter.
