NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE Notice is hereby given that by virtue of authority vested in the undersigned Trustee by that certain deed of trust executed by CINDY TOLLIVER to FLYNN, MAX, MILLER & MILLER, L.C., dated the 15TH day of AUGUST, 2016, securing JAMES J. COLVIN and LEAH C. COLVIN, and recorded in the office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Cabell County, West Virginia, in Trust Deed Book No. 2628, at page 430, by which was conveyed to the said Trustee the hereinafter described real estate, to secure the payment of a certain note set out and described therein, having been requested so to do by the owner and holder of said note, shall sell to the highest and best bidder, on WEDNESDAY, the 15TH day of DECEMBER, 2021, at 8:00 A.M., at the EAST FRONT DOOR of the Court House of Cabell County, West Virginia, the following described real estate: PARCEL NO. 1 All that certain piece or parcel of ground situate in the City of Huntington, Cabell County, West Virginia, and known and designated on a map of HANS WATTS REALTY CO.’S SUBDIVISION OF LOTS 351-352 REVISED MAP OF PLAT 1, HOLSWADE PART EXTENSION, of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Cabell County, West Virginia, in Map Book No. 4, Map 56, as LOT “B”. PARCEL NO. 2 All that certain piece or parcel of ground situate in the City of Huntington, Cabell County, West Virginia, and more patiicularly bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at a stake set in the intersection of the north line of Cherry Avenue with the easterly line of Lot “B” as shown on the map of HANS WATTS REALTY CO.’S SUBDIVISION OF LOTS 351-352 REVISED MAP OF PLAT 1 HOLSWADE PARK EXTENSION, of record in the Clerk’s Office aforesaid in Map Book No. 4, Map 56, thence, from the said beginning and with the said easterly line of Lot “B”, N. 2 48′ W. 41.11 feet to a stake; thence, S. 19 24′ E. 39.4 feet to a stake in the north line of Cherry Avenue; thence, with said line S. 70 36′ W. 11.74 feet to the place of BEGINNING. PARCELNO.3 All that certain piece or parcel of ground situated in the City of Huntington, Cabell County, West Virginia, known and designated on a map of Plat No. 4, Holswade Park, a copy of which map was filed in the Cabell County Commission Clerk’s office on 30th July, 1940, in Map Book 4 as Map 49, as the Southerly Part of Lot No. 212, and being described as follows: BEGINNING at a point in the north line of Cherry Avenue, at the comer between Lots 211 and 212 as shown on said map; thence with the said line of Cherry Avenue, westerly 60 feet, thence leaving said line of Cherry Avenue, northerly at right angles thereto and with the west line of said Lot 212, 58.54 feet; thence crossing said Lot 212, easterly and parallel to the said line of Cherry Avenue, 60 feet to a point in the line between said Lots 211 and 212; thence with the line between said lots, southerly and at right angles to the said line of Cherry Avenue, 58.54 feet to the point of BEGINNING.
