NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE Notice is hereby given that by virtue of authority vested in the undersigned Trustee by that certain deed of trust executed by CINDY TOLLIVER to FLYNN, MAX, MILLER & MILLER, L.C., dated the 15TH day of AUGUST, 2016, securing JAMES J. COLVIN and LEAH C.
