PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION OF WEST VIRGINIA CHARLESTON CASE NO. 21-0383-MC-T ALLIED WASTE SERVICES OF NORTH AMERICA, LLC, dba REPUBLIC SERVICES OF WEST VIRGINIA, a limited liability company, Tariff filing as it pertains to trash service under P.S.C. M.C. Certificate Nos. F-7336, F-7418, F-7550, and those customers in Cabell and Wayne Counties serviced under F-7337, by adding an extra bag charge for each bag over eight 30-gallon bags up to a limit of 15 bags, to add language pertaining to construction and demolition debris and to add language to the optional pure-pert-bag-rate for residential service under P.S.C. M.C. Certificate No. F-7418. NOTICE The Public Service Commission has approved an application from Allied Waste Services of North America, LLC, dba Republic Services of West Virginia’s tariff filing to modify its current tariff will incorporate language allowing for an extra $1.00 per bag charge for residential customers for the collection of more than 8 bags. The provision shall read as follows: EXTRA BAG CHARGE APPLICABLE TO RESIDENTIAL CUSTOMERS: For residential service, this carrier may, but is not required to, assess an additional charge for the collection and disposal of more than eight (8) 30-gallon bags of solid waste, or an equivalent amount of solid waste, per week from a customer. This charge, if assessed, shall be $1.00 per bag, after the first eight (8) 30-gallon bags of solid waste. This carrier shall add that extra charge to the next bill that is issued to the subscribing residential customer. The exception to this is any Holiday recognized by the State of West Virginia would be a week that this charge would be waived.
