The latitude and longitude coordinates are: 38.4819928, -81.1114147. The applicant estimates the potential to discharge the following Regulated Air Pollutants will be: Oxides of Nitrogen 8.21 TPY Carbon Monoxide 8.17 TPY Volatile Organic Compounds 2.22 TPY Sulfur Dioxide 0.00 TPY Particulate Matter (smaller than 10 microns) 1.64 TPY Hazardous Air Pollutants (Formaldehyde) 1.64 TPY Startup of operation began in August 2019.
