REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS 2021-12-01 Residential Curbside Recycling The City of Huntington WV is seeking proposals to provide residential curbside recycling collection services on a subscription basis. All proposals must include detailed pricing for the services provided as outlined below. All questions in regards to this request must also be submitted through bidexpress.com and are due not later than 10 AM on Thursday December 23rd, 2021. All proposals must be submitted through the city’s electronic bid service bidexpress.com no later than 2 PM on Friday January 7th, 2022. At that time, proposals shall be opened in the City Clerk’s Office at City Hall 800 5th Ave Huntington WV 25701.
