Williams in the Circuit Court of Kanawha County, West Virginia. The object of the civil lawsuit is for the Plaintiff to recover for her personal injuries and damages resulting from a motor vehicle collision that occurred on or about May 18, 2019, in Charleston, Kanawha County, West Virginia. Is hereby ORDERED that Sean A. Williams respond to the Complaint and serve upon Plaintiff’s attorney, Jennifer D. Roush and Farmer, Cline & Campbell, PLLC, whose address is Post Office Box 3842, Charleston, West Virginia 25338, an Answer or other responsive pleading, including any related counterclaim or defense Sean A. Williams may have to the Complaint filed against him in this action, on or before January 13, 2022. If such Answer or responsive pleading is not filed on or before January 13, 2022, judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may thereafter be taken against Sean A.
