LEGAL NOTICE FOR PURCHASE OF SCHOOL BUS Sealed proposals will be received by the Board of Education of the South Point Local School District of South Point, Ohio at the office of the Treasurer, 302 High Street, South Point, Ohio, at 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, December 29, 2021 for four (4) 78 passenger school buses. Bids will comply with all school district specifications, all current federal safety regulations and current Ohio Minimum Standards for school bus construction of the Department of Education adopted by and with the consent of the Director of Ohio Highway Safety pursuant to Section 4511.76 of the Revised Code and all other pertinent provisions of law as of 3/1/94.
