LEGAL NOTICE The COUNTY COMMISSION OF PUTNAM COUNTY will be accepting sealed bids for the site preparation, purchase, and installation of a 340-foot solid leg self-supporting communications tower based on provided engineering studies. There will be an optional pre-bid meeting at the Putnam County 911 Center located at 100 Emergency Lane, Winfield, WV 25213 on January 19th, 2022, at 9am at which time the bid specs and review of the project will be discussed.
