NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE Under authority of that certain Deed of Trust dated June 29, 2006, from Melissa D. Buckley, William J. Tharp and Janet M. Tharp to George A. Metz, Jr., Trustee, of record in the office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Kanawha County, West Virginia in Trust Deed Book No. 3374, at page 868, securing a promissory note in the principal amount of $76,699.42, payable to Vanderbilt Mortgage and Finance, Inc., and default having been made under the promissory note secured by the aforesaid Deed of Trust and sale requested by Vanderbilt Mortgage and Finance, Inc., the undersigned Substitute Trustee will offer for sale at the front door of the Kanawha County Courthouse in Charleston, West Virginia on January 11, 2022 at 9:00 a.m., subject to all reservations, exceptions, easements and other matters which appear of record, and subject to all unpaid taxes, if any, all of that certain tract or parcel of land, together with the improvements thereon and the appurtenances thereunto belonging, situate in Glasgow District, Kanawha County, West Virginia, and being more particularly described as follows: Being all of Lot No. Three (3) in Block “H”, as designated and shown on the map of the Town of Glasgow, filed and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Kanawha County, West Virginia, in Map Book 3, at page 111. Along with that certain manufactured housing unit as follows: 2006 Commander – COYS 2868 – RSO, which, by the intention of the parties, shall constitute a part of the realty and shall hereby pass with it. Map #1 Parcel #91. Being the same property conveyed from William J. Tharp and Janet M. Tharp to William J. Tharp, Janet M. Tharp and Melissa D. Buckley, by Deed dated June 29, 2006, of record in the aforesaid Clerk’s office in Deed Book No. 2665, at page 565. Terms of the sale: Ten percent nonrefundable cash deposit due at sale.
