PUBLIC NOTICE The County Commission of Cabell County, West Virginia, having previously declared its intention to re-align the precinct boundaries of Cabell County, does hereby adopt these changes as follows: Precinct 3 Combined Precincts 3 and 5 to make Precinct 3. Precinct 4 Gained a portion of Precinct 7. Precinct 5 Replaced a portion of 7 to create a new Precinct 5. Precinct 6 Gained a portion of Precinct 4. Precinct 7A & 7B Consolidated to create Precinct 7 and Precinct 5 due to a Delegate line. Precinct 8 Gained a portion of7. Precinct 11 Combined Precinct 11 & Precinct 15 to make Precinct 11. Precinct 14 Gained a portion of Precinct 13 and Precinct 35. Precinct 15 New Precinct formed, new location. Precinct 16 Gained a portion of Precinct 21. Precinct 19 Gained a portion of Precincts 20 and 26. Precinct 22 Gained a portion of Precinct 18. Precinct 35 Gained a portion of Precinct 35. Precinct 36 Consolidated into Precincts 35 and 48. Formed new Precinct in new location. Precinct 43 Gains portion of Precinct 44. Precinct 48 Gained a portion of Precinct 36. Precinct 50A & 50B Consolidated to create Precinct 50. Precinct 53 Gained portions of Precincts 54, 55, and 58. Precinct 55 Gained a portion of Precinct 55. Precinct 57 Gained portions of Precincts 58 and 65.
