AIR QUALITY PERMIT NOTICE Notice of Application Notice is given that Columbia Gas Transmission, LLC has applied to the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, for a G60 General Permit Registration for an existing and proposed emergency generator located on 1700 MacCorkle Ave., SE, in Charleston, in Kanawha County, West Virginia. The latitude and longitude coordinates are: 38.33541 degrees, -81.62467 degrees. The applicant estimates the potential to discharge the following Regulated Air Pollutants will be: Volatile Organic Compounds 0.39 tons per year, Nitrogen Oxides 3.13 tons per year, Carbon Monoxide 0.33 tons per year, Particulate Matter 10 microns or less 0.05 tons per year, Particulate Matter 2.5 microns or less 0.05 tons per year, Sulfur Dioxide less than 0.01 tons per year, Carbon Dioxide Equivalent 387.22 tons per year, and Total Hazardous Air Pollutants less than 0.01 tons per year. Startup of operation is planned to begin on or about the 1st day of February, 2022. Written comments will be received by the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, 601 57th Street, SE, Charleston, WV 25304, for at least 30 calendar days from the date of publication of this notice.
