NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION Under and pursuant to the provisions of West Virginia Code 31B-8-808, notice is given that Bristol Leasing, LLC, a West Virginia limited liability company (“Bristol Leasing”), having its principal office located at the address of 520 Forsythe Road, Suite 102, Bristol, Virginia 24202-5500, was dissolved effective as of December 20, 2021. Bristol Leasing would request that any and all parties having a claim against Bristol Leasing present such claims to Bristol Leasing under and pursuant to this notice. Any claim against Bristol Leasing filed under and pursuant to this notice must contain the following information: (a) the name and address of the party filing such claim, (b) the amount of such claim, (c) the date that the claim first arose, (d) the event or events that underlie or gave rise to the claim, and (e) photocopies of any invoices or statements supporting the claim.
