ORDER OF PUBLICATION KANAWHA COUNTY CIRCUIT COURT, CHARLESTON, WEST VIRGINIA IN RE: Petition of Anna Marie Wheeler for the adoption of M.N. Alford, a Minor. To: Brittani Alford, natural mother of M.N. Alford, a minor born on July 26, 2011, in Kanawha County, Charleston, West Virginia. The purpose of the above action is to determine adoption of the child M.N. Alford, born July 26, 2011, to Brittani Alford and Caleb Childress. The petitioner is seeking adoption of said minor child. It is ORDERED that Brittani Alford, or any person claiming to be the biological mother of the aforementioned child, appear at the Kanawha County Circuit Court Courthouse, located at 111 Court Street, West Virginia, 25301, on the 1st day of February, 2022 at 10:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as it may be heard, before the Honorable Joanna I. Tabit, Circuit Judge, for a hearing on the adoption of minor male child, M.N. Alford. Said persons are given notice that they must object, or otherwise permanent legal and physical custody of the said infant child may be granted to the petitioner, and parental rights may be permanently terminated. Brittani Alford shall have the right to be represented by counsel. A copy of said petition filed in this matter can be obtained from the Circuit Clerk of Kanawha County, Cathy S.
