REQUEST FOR BIDS The Logan County Commission is seeking sealed bids for this project. INSTRUCTIONS FOR BIDDERS: 1. Sealed bids will be accepted at the Logan County Commission Annex Building at 325 Stratton Street, Logan, WV, until 1:30 o’clock p.m. on Monday, the 24th day of January, 2022, at which time they will be opened and read aloud. Faxes and electronically submitted bids will not be accepted. 2. Bids must be F.O.B. Delivery Point, unless otherwise indicated in the bid document. 3. All bids should be signed and in ink, showing all facts and the total amount of the bid. 4. The Logan County Commission reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
