Scarberry, Thuerl Brewer, City of Huntington, Discover Bank, Citibank, N.A., Citibank South Dakota N.A., Unknown Persons/Owners, and Charles Zerkle, Sheriff of Cabell County (hereinafter sometimes referred to as “the aforementioned respondents”), that a Petition for Condemnation/Right of Entry has been filed in the Circuit Court of Cabell County, West Virginia, and is known as Civil Action No. 19-C-209, and styled AEP West Virginia Transmission Company, Inc. vs. Kim A. Scarberry, et al. Said Petition for Condemnation/Right of Entry under the West Virginia laws of eminent domain seeks the construction of an electrical transmission line and condemnation and right of entry on behalf of AEP West Virginia Transmission Company, Inc. for property situate in the City of Huntington, Gideon District, Cabell County, West Virginia, identified as Tax Map 20, Parcel 163, referenced in Deed Book 1164, at page 48, in the office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Cabell County, West Virginia, also described as BLK 313 PT LT 27, 2628R 8th AVE in that line, and being more particularly described as follows: PARCEL TWO: All that certain lot, piece or parcel of real estate, in Huntington, Cabell County, Gideon District, West Virginia, and described as Part of Lot 27, Block 313, Rufus Cook Map of the said City of Huntington. The aforementioned respondents are hereby notified a copy of said Petition for Condemnation/Right of Entry may be obtained from the Cabell County Circuit Clerk’s office at 750 Fifth Avenue, Huntington, West Virginia, 25701, for the purposes of appearing and defending. The Petition for Condemnation/Right of Entry may also be obtained from the attorneys for AEP West Virginia Transmission Company, Inc., Stephen F. The aforementioned respondents are further notified that a hearing on the said Petition for Condemnation/Right of Entry will occur on July 3, 2019, at 9:00 a.m., in the Circuit Court of Cabell County, West Virginia, located at 750 Fifth Avenue, Huntington, West Virginia, 25701, before the Honorable Alfred E.
