A Petition for Divorce has been filed in the Family Court of Kanawha County, West Virginia. It appearing from an Affidavit filed in this civil action that Petitioner has been unable to effect service of process against Respondent by the methods set forth in Rule 4(d)(1)(A) of the West Virginia Rules of Civil Procedure despite multiple attempts and having exercised due diligence in attempting to ascertaining the residence or whereabouts of the Respondent. Thus, an Order of Publication may be entered against the Respondent pursuant to Rule 4(e)(1)(C) of the West Virginia Rules of Civil Procedure. It is therefore ORDERED that the above named Respondent, an individual, may appear within thirty (30) days after the date of the first publication hereof, serve an answer to Petitioner’s Petition for Divorce upon Petitioner’s counsel, David S. Hughart, Esq., Ray, Winton & Kelley, PLLC, 109 Capitol Street, Suite 700, Charleston, West Virginia 25301. Otherwise, Respondent may not appear in or receive further notice of the divorce proceedings. This Order of Publication shall be published once a week for two successive weeks in a newspaper of general circulation in Kanawha County, West Virginia. Proof of service by publication shall be made by filing the publisher’s certificate of publication with this Court. A copy of the Petition for Divorce may be obtained from the Circuit Clerk of Kanawha County, West Virginia, Kanawha County Judicial Building, P. O. Box 2351, 111 Court Street, Charleston, West Virginia 25301 or from Petitioner’s counsel, David S.
