Request for Bids The Village of Barboursville is now accepting seasonal lawn care bids. Bid documents may be obtained at the Village Recorder’s office, Monday – Friday between the work hours of 9-3. Bids must be returned in a sealed envelope marked “seasonal landscaping bid” no later than 11 a.m. on Tuesday February 1 for bid opening immediately af- ter due time of the same day.
