All bidders should attend Meeting to familiarize themselves with the Project conditions and other relevant information. A Bid bond executed by a surety company acceptable to the Town of Bath in the amount equal to five percent (5%) of the Bid, shall be submitted with each Bid, to guarantee the Bidder’s entrance into a Contract, if given the award. No Bid may be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) days after the time of the opening of the Bids.
