NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND SECTIONS 1307.01 AND 1329.01 OF THE CITY CODE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH CHARLESTON CONCERNING ARTISAN FOOD PRODUCTION AND SCHEDULE OF USE REGULATIONS, an ordinance modifying South Charleston’s planning and zoning code to permit artisan food production facilities of certain sizes by right in Commercial Districts 4, 6, 8, and 10, will come up for second reading during the regular meeting of the Council of the City of South Charleston beginning at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, November 7, 2019, in the City Council Chambers located at City Hall, 401 D Street, South Charleston. All interested persons may appear at the meeting and be heard with respect to the proposed ordinance.
