REQUEST FOR BIDS The TOWN OF CLENDENIN is seeking sealed bids from Certified Asbestos Abatement Contractors for inspection only, for _2_ dwellings in the the Town of Clendenin, area of Kanawha County, which have been purchased and razed in conjunction with the Hazard Mitigation Grant Program, FEMA grant 4273-092. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 11/8/2019 at _10:00 am_ at the Clendenin Community Center. All licensed contractors and minority contractors, and women contractors are encouraged to attend. All contractors must be present to be eligible to bid on this project. All bids are to be submitted, either by mail to: Town of Clendenin, P.O. Box 694, Clendenin, WV 25045, or hand delivered to the Town Clerk’s office in Town Hall no later than 4:00 P.M. on __11 Nov 2019___. Bids will be opened at the next regularly scheduled council meeting on 11 November 2019. Procurement of these services are outlined in 200CFR, and the Town of Clendenin’s procurement policy.
