ORDER OF PUBLICATION/ NOTICE OF AVAILABILITY OF CROSSCLAIM AGAINST UNKNOWN TRUSTEES OF WOODWARD WOODS MISSION To: UNKNOWN TRUSTEES OF WOODWARD WOODS MISSION And UNKNOWN HEIRS OF THE SAME On February 16, 2022, David R. Karr, Jr., counsel for the respondent, Trustees for the Pentacostal Affirming Ministries, requested, based upon the pleadings identifying the Trustees of the Woodward Woods Mission as being unknown, an order of publication be entered relating to providing notice of the pendency of this proceeding to said unknown trustees and of the delivery of a copy of the Amended Crossclaim in the matter to the Clerk of the Court for delivery to the Unknown Trustees of Woodward Wood Mission a copy of said pleading requesting the Court for an Order Adjudging the Trustees for the Pentacostal Affirming Ministries to be determined to be the owners of the real estate described therein (and formerly owned and occupied as the Woodward Woods Mission). It appears from a review of the record herein containing a verified petition that the Trustees of Woodward Woods Mission require and are entitled to NOTICE of the Amended Cross-claim against them. It is ORDERED that said Trustees of the Woodward Woods Mission shall have thirty (30) days from the date of the final publication of this notice to file a timely answer to said amended crossclaim. If you fail to do so, Judgment by Default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Cross Claim.
