NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED FINANCING OF EQUIPMENT BY: Cedar Grove Volunteer Fire Department, Inc. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Cedar Grove Volunteer Fire Department, Inc. located in Cedar Grove, WV will meet on March 15, 2022 at 10:00am for the purpose of holding a public hearing pursuant to the requirements of Section 147(f) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, on a proposal that the issuer enter into a Lease-Purchase Agreement in order to finance an Alexis Mini Pumper, to be located at 306 E. George Street. To finance the costs of such equipment and to pay costs and expenses incidental to the financing, the Issuer proposes to enter into a loan agreement in the maximum aggregate principal amount not to exceed $365,000. The rental payments due pursuant to the loan agreement will be secured by a security interest in the equipment. The meeting will be held at: Cedar Grove Volunteer Fire Department, Inc. 306 E.
