SEEKING EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST Notice for Engineering Services Pursuant to West Virginia Code SG-1-3, The Putnam County Commission is seeking expressions of interest in engineering studies for communication tower sites engineering and environmental studies in preparation of constructing multiple communication towers and to meet the FCC / NEPA / SHPO / THPO communication tower compliance. In accordance with the requirements of WV Code SG-1-3, these statements will be evaluated, and the county will conduct discussions with at least three firms which are deemed to be the most highly qualified to provide the services required. The Putnam County Commission reserves the right to reject any and/or all statements from interested firms and to make the award in any manner deemed to be in its best interest in accordance with WV Code SG-1-3.
