TO: Kristen Vines and the Unknown Father of the child named below.
Please take notice that on the 9th day of July, 2026, at 2:30 o'clock p.m., a Hearing in Case No. 24-JA-27 shall be held at the Wyoming County Courthouse in Pineville, Wyoming County, West Virginia.
Please be advised that as a result of this action there is a possibility that your parental rights may be terminated. You may appear at the hearing to protect your rights if you so desire.
