Please take notice that on the 23rd day of April, 2026, at 11:00 o'clock a.m., a Hearing in Case Nos. 24-JA-93 & 94 shall be held at the Wyoming County Courthouse in Pineville, Wyoming County, West Virginia.
Please be advised that as a result of this action there is a possibility that your parental rights may be terminated. You may appear at the hearing to protect your rights if you so desire.
The following children are the subjects of this action: Allison Bailey, DOB: 3/31/10 and Andrew Bailey, DOB: 8/14/12, born to Sarah Bailey.
