AIR QUALITY PERMIT NOTICE
Notice of Application
Notice is given that Seven Islands Environmental Solutions, LLC has applied to the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, for a Class II Administrative Update to:
1) Modify Condition 4.1.3 to authorize a flow rate of 35,340 scf of landfill gas per hour for each engine;
2) Increase the rolling 12-month total hour operating limit from 15,260 hours to 15,500 hours;
3) Update the facility emission limits according to the revised emission estimates provided in this application.
The Facility is located at 200 Fernandez in Buckley within Raleigh County, West Virginia. The latitude and longitude coordinates are: UTM Zone 17 N4186.39 km and UTM Zone 17 E485.50 km.
The applicant estimates the facility will have the potential to discharge the following Regulated Air Pollutants due to the permit modifications requested in this application regarding the landfill gas-fired engines:
Nitrous Oxide – 19.08 tons/yr
Carbon Monoxide – 95.38 tons/yr
Particulate Matter – 6.58 tons/yr
Sulfur Dioxide – 2.17 tons/yr
Volatile Organic Compounds – 33.57 tons/yr
Hazardous Air Pollutants – 0.66 tons/yr
Written comments will be received by the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, 601 57th Street, SE, Charleston, WV 25304, for at least 30 calendar days from the date of publication of this notice.
