The West Virginia Health Care Authority announced that it has received a Letter of Intent from Southern Home Care Services, Inc, CON File #23-2/3/4/5-12699-PC, to provide personal care services through West Virginia Medicaid in Nicholas, Roane, Clay, Putnam, Boone, and Logan counties, West Virginia. The capital expenditure is $10,000.
