The West Virginia Health Care Authority announced that it has received a Letter of Intent from Southern Home Care Services, Inc, CON File #23-1/4-12700-PC, to provide personal care services through West Virginia Medicaid in Monroe, Wyoming, McDowell, Raleigh, Summers, and Greenbrier counties, West Virginia. The capital expenditure is $10,000.
