ORDER OF PUBLICATION
The object of the above-styled suit is to seek partition of certain real estate in Tazewell County, Virginia, previously owned by Alice C. Barnett, and being particularly described as follows:
All those certain lots or parcels of land, together with the improvements thereon and appurtenances thereunto belonging, situate lying and being in Baptist Valley, Tazewell County, Virginia, designated as Lots Nos. 54, 55, 56, 57, 58, and 59, as shown on map identified as Subdivision of Gus Payne Farm Situate in Baptist Valley, Tazewell County, Virginia, which, map is attached to and made a part of a deed from J. A. Payne and wife to Kathleen Payne, dated April 15, 1939, and of record in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Tazewell County, Virginia in Deed Book 138, Page 552, and on Plat Cards 1170 and 1171.
And it appearing by affidavit that defendants, Ruby Marshall, Earnest Clifton, Jr., Connie Clifton, Alcie Honaker, Raymond Clifton, Jr., Betty Sue Clifton, Bobby Clifton, Carolyn Lester and Eddie David Clifton, cannot be found after diligent efforts to ascertain their locations; and that there are or may be persons, whose names are unknown, interested in the subject to be divided, as heirs of Avery Marshall, Lorraine Putnam and Lovelace Nadine Minton.
It is therefore ORDERED that said parties appear on or before the 3rd day of February 2020, in the Clerk’s Office of this Court and do what is necessary to protect their interests.
And it is further ORDERED that this order be published once a week for four successive weeks in Bluefield Daily Telegraph, a newspaper of general circulation in the County of Tazewell, Virginia; and that a copy of this Order be posted a the front door of the courthouse wherein this Court is held.
