LUBECK PUBLIC SERVICE DISTRICT
NOTICE OF REGULAR MEETING
The Public Service Board of Lubeck Public Service District (the âDistrictã) will hold a regular meeting on Thursday, February 12, 2015, at 7:00 p.m., prevailing time, at the District’s office at 301 Ox Johnson Lane, Washington, West Virginia, for the following purposes:
- To consider and adopt a proposed Bond and Note Resolution authorizing its Sewer Revenue Bonds, Series 2015 A (West Virginia Infrastructure Fund), in the aggregate principal amount of $2,070,530 (the âBondsã), to permanently finance the costs of certain improvements and extensions to the existing public sewerage system of the District (the âProjectã) and its Sewerage System Bond Anticipation Notes, Series 2015 (West Virginia Infrastructure Fund), in the aggregate principal amount of $2,070,529 (the âNotesã), to temporarily finance certain costs of the Project through the refunding of the District’s Sewerage System Bond Anticipation Notes, Series 2010 (West Virginia Infrastructure Fund) (the âPrior Notesã).
- To consider and adopt a proposed Supplemental Resolution approving the terms and other provisions of the Bonds and Notes.
- To consider and approve all other documents and matters in connection with the refunding of the Prior Notes.
This meeting is open to the press and the public and any person interested may attend such meeting.
