The object of the above entitled action is a Personal Safety Order. Appear for hearing at the Greenbrier County Magi-strate Court, located at 127 Green Lane, Lewisburg, WV 24901 on June 2, 2016 at 9:30 AM before Magistrate Charles D. Beard.
And it appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that after using due diligence, the Plaintiff was unable to discover the residence or whereabouts of the Defendant. The Defendant was not served. Service was attempted twice by the Sheriff of Greenbrier County in which the Defendant was known to be located.
