RESIDENTS
The Board of Zoning Appeals for the City of Princeton, WV, meeting in regular session on Thursday, the 21st day of March, 2019, at 6:00 p. m., in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Building, 100 Courthouse Road, Princeton, WV, will conduct a public hearing on the application of Matthew Friedman, 2605 Leandrea Drive, Bluefield, WV 24701, for a SPECIAL USE PERMIT to operate a tattoo shop at 1269 Stafford Drive, the Pine Plaza Shopping Center, Princeton, WV in the Commercial (C-2) Zone. (City Tax Map 20, Parcel 36).
The Zoning Code of the City of Princeton requires a Special Use Permit from the Board of Zoning Appeals to operate a tattoo shop in the Commercial (C-2) Zone in the City of Princeton, Mercer County, West Virginia.
At said hearing any interested citizen may appear and be heard. Said hearing may be continued from time to time as deemed necessary by the Board of Zoning Appeals.
