Notice is hereby given that Kingston Mining, Inc., 600 Resource Drive, Scarbro, WV 25917, has a permit on file with the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) for the surface mining of approximately 13.42 acres and has submitted an application to the DEP, 1159 Nick Rahall Greenway, Fayetteville, WV 25840, for renewal of Article 3 Permit Number U300512 to operate a deep mine in the Glenalum Tunnel —Kanawha seam of coal.
The operation is discharging into Unnamed Tributary of Paint Creek of Kanawha River and is located 4.2 miles, southwest of Kincaid in Valley District of Fayette County, Longitude 81 19′ 21″ and Latitude 37 59′ 54″ (Coordinates from USGS Topographic Map).

Written comments and/or requests for an informal conference of the permit renewal application shall identify the applicant and application number and will be received by the Permit Supervisor at the DEP address above until June 13, 2020, or thirty (30) days from date of final publication.
