THE OBJECT OF THIS SUIT IS TO OBTAIN AN ADOPTION OF A.R.F. BORN OCTOBER 18, 2017, WHICH SUIT MAY RESULT IN THE TERMINATION OF THE CHILD’S NATURAL FATHER’S PARENTAL RIGHTS.

You are hereby notified that a Petition for Adoption has been filed with the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Hampshire County, West Virginia, and that you may serve upon Susan K. Paugh, Petitioners attorney, whose address is 314 West Stephen St., Martinsburg, WV 25401, a responsive pleading to the Petition for Adoption on or before June 6, 2025. If you fail to do so default may be taken against you and your parental rights may be terminated.
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on August 4, 2025 at 9:00 a.m., C.W. and S.W. will petition the Circuit Court of Hampshire County, West Virginia, at the Hampshire County Judicial Center located 50 South High Street, Romney, West Virginia for the adoption of A.R.F. by the Petitioners, C.W. and S.W. pursuant to the provisions of West Virginia law. The object of this suit is to allow the adoption of A.R.F. which suit may result in the termination of your parental rights. Any person objecting in any manner who may have any reason why A.R.F. should not be adopted by C.W. and S.W. if any there may be, is hereby given notice to appear at the time and place stated herein, and shall be heard in opposition to such adoption.
