Notice is hereby given that on the 18th day of June, 2021 at 3:30 o’clock p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, Summer Dawn McIntire will apply by Petition to the Circuit Court of Marion County, West Virginia for the entry of an order by the Court changing the Petitioner’s name from Summer Dawn McIntire to Summer Dawn Robinson, at which time and place any interested party may appear and be heard, if they so desire.
You are hereby notified that this matter may be rescheduled without further notice or publication.
